Functions, Duties and Powers of Executive Secretary

8. Duties, Duties and Powers of the Executive Secretary

In addition to the duties, duties and powers written in the Act, the other duties, duties and powers of the Executive Secretary shall be as follows:-

(a) Supervision of the daily administrative work of the Trust and Controlling and supervising the work of employees,
(b) doing or causing to be done necessary for the protection, development and promotion of the property of the Trust,
(B1) To keep a record of the trust's assets and the increased amount of each financial year in such a way that it is clearly disclosed,
(c) to submit the program or scheme of the Trust to the Committee,
(d) To do the work related to the financial administration of the trust and to maintain the internal control system,
(e) keeping records of the decisions of the Committee,
(f) To implement the decision of the committee, to make,
(g) To prepare the annual report of the trust and submit it to the committee (h) To monitor or cause the implementation of the decision of the Committee,
(i) To exercise the same rights as civil servants of the government of Nepal in the day-to-day operations of the trust and the protection and maintenance of the trust's assets in accordance with the prevailing laws.
